She founded the Matchmaking Institute in 2003 in order to establish a code of ethics and strict quality standards for the matchmaking industry. It is the only state licensed matchmaking school in the world and focuses on offering a professional matchmakers’ network, workshops, and yearly world-wide conferences to provide matchmakers with a solid group of peers and support.
