Following her family’s entrepreneurial legacy, Charlee Brotherton, Founder and CEO of Executive Matchmakers, owns one of the largest networks of matchmaking firms in the United States. She employs 100 employees and has matchmaking offices in 23 locations, spanning 10 states. Charlee is a Master Executive Matchmaker (MEM) received from the Matchmaking Institute in New York and has also served as a past board member for the organization. In addition, Charlee is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the Wharton School of Business. Prior to joining the matchmaking industry in 2000, Charlee practiced Public Accounting, served as a Tax Manager for a large privately owned corporation and was Director of Employee Benefits for a Fortune 500 company.
