Back in 2015, Forbes posted an article on the \u201c8 Key Tactics for Developing Employees<\/a>.\u201d <\/span>One of the tactics stresses the importance of getting connected to a network of key contacts that can help you and your business grow and stay engaged in your career.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Forbes writes, \u201cIntroduce them [employees] to other professionals that can serve as mentors or coaches, sign them up for professional industry associations, send them to training courses and workshops, and create and attend networking events.\u201d This is important information as a certified matchmaker because, often, after we complete our training or have been in business for awhile, it can be all too easy to forget just how important outside support is and the game changing ways it can improve your business.<\/span><\/p>\n
