The Matchmaking Institute is the world\u2019s premiere school for matchmaking, to train professionals (of all experience levels) on dispute management, recruitment, and business planning. To further encourage\u00a0dating experts to work together, The Matchmaking Institute hosts <a href=\"http:\/\/conference.matchmakinginstitute.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">conferences<\/a> in cities around the world, calling on hundreds of\u00a0industry leaders to share their ideas and advice. Through the organization\u2019s\u00a0steady support, matchmakers learn how to run their businesses more effectively\u00a0and raise the standards of the industry as a whole.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Lisa Clampitt\u2019s background in social work and nonprofits means she\u2019s constantly\u00a0trying to bring people together around good causes.
