In the event of any professional misconduct, the Institute will act as a third-party mediator for all Matchmakers and Dating Coaches certified under us. To file a dispute, please kindly fill-up the form below, stating your contact information and account of what happened, try to be as detailed as possible.<\/p>\n

Please note that we do not assist with membership refund requests as the determination of refunds is based on the terms outlined in the membership contract signed between the client and the company. We are unable to intervene in the terms of a legally binding agreement. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n<\/div>
