 Certified Matchmaker (CMM) Benefits  A Certified Matchmaker (CMM) is a trained and accredited individual who:- adheres to the highest quality standards in the industry - follows a strict code of ethics - is dedicated to a client's right to a personal service - provides supportive and professional service at all times - maintains strict confidentiality of all client's accounts and will not divulge, discuss or otherwise exploit any restricted material related to client profile, status or record of activity - takes the utmost care to deliver the highest standard of service for total customer satisfaction and will be subject to quarterly evaluations correlative of client assessments - responds to clients' inquires in a timely fashion and offers complete and clear answers - is diligent when qualifying all potential matches on behalf of his/her clients with a personalized approach from beginning to end - is subject to additional mandatory training and professional development for annual re-certification, in accordance with the Matchmaking Institute's guidelines  Compare a Certified Matchmaker (CMM) with an uncertified matchmaker! |
